Why the women academy of local councils?

• The Egyptian constitution necessitates the representation of more than 12000 women in the local council, the matter which necessitates the existence of women calibers to be effective members of local councils.
• The supervisory and legislative role, according to the constitution, requires strong and effective member who are able to play her role.
• The new tools (investigations – dismissing governors) and supporting decentralization equalize local council member with the parliament member in role and importance.
