Expected Goals rising tide of sexual harassment<\/h1>\n

 <\/p>\n

The project\u2019s overriding objective is to counter the rising tide of sexual harassment prevalent in Egyptian society and to combat the indifference of male members of the community to the problem. In order to fulfill said objective, the project would have to achieve four immediate results first.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Stimulating NGOs to take up the cause of their constituencies and to play a larger role in combating sexual harassment.<\/li>\n
  2. Making available legal and psychosocial support to victims of sexual harassment in order to remedy any harm caused.<\/li>\n
  3. Establishing a cross-referral system for NGOs to bring cases to the attention of the eaddla \u2019s legal clinic.<\/li>\n
  4. Raising public awareness and engaging decision-makers to find a long-term sustainable solution to the problem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
