{"id":20,"date":"2015-11-11T18:15:01","date_gmt":"2015-11-11T15:15:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.aeflwomen.com\/en\/?p=20"},"modified":"2015-11-11T18:15:01","modified_gmt":"2015-11-11T15:15:01","slug":"campaign-against-human-trafficking-in-egypt","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aeflwomen.com\/en\/campaign-against-human-trafficking-in-egypt","title":{"rendered":"Campaign against human trafficking in egypt"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Press Release<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Campaign against human trafficking<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Association of Egyptian female lawyers is leading a campaign against human trafficking\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.<\/p>\n<p>A continuation of association of Egyptian female lawyers\u2018s efforts in action to compact all forms of human trafficking , make association working on implement a voluntary \u00a0number of training courses for lawyers to defend for victims of human trafficking to protect human tights .<\/p>\n<p>A series of lowyers\u2018s training courses began during the period from 27 till 29 January, at hotel &#8221; <strong>Grand Pyramids <\/strong>&#8220;and that in the light of fighting human trafficking\u2018s project, which implements with support from European union in Cairo.<\/p>\n<p>Training courses focus on increasing knowledge and skills for lawyers to enable them to provide their legal services to the victims of human trafficking.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ms.Rabha Fathi<\/strong> \u2013 Chairman of the Board of directors of Association \u2013 has stated that training courses include the following topics:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The role of civil society and its institutions in the monitoring of victims of human trafficking<\/li>\n<li>United Nation\u2018s international convention against Transnational Organized Crime.<\/li>\n<li>Low No.64 of 2010 of compacting human trafficking.<\/li>\n<li>Mechanisms of preventing, criminal prosecution of the offender, and protecting the victim.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>= Victims of early marriage<\/p>\n<p>=Victims of misyar marriage (conditional)<\/p>\n<p>=Women who suffer from violence as a result of trafficking<\/p>\n<p>=Obligatory child labor<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Press Release Campaign against human trafficking Association of Egyptian female lawyers is leading a campaign against human trafficking\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026\u2026.
